Your pet must have an ISO-compliant microchip implanted that bears the same identification code as indicated on their vaccination card/certificate and veterinary certificate.

Up-to-date rabies vaccination (depending on the exporting country’s rabies risk category). If your per is under 16 weeks old, at least 2 vaccinations are required. The first vaccination was at no earlier than 6 weeks old, and the second one is at least 2 weeks prior to export.

Import License: You need an import license issued by NParks, valid for 30 days.

Health Certificate: The certificate issued within 10 days of departure.
